When looking outside the new Co-op Live Arena, there is no doubt that the 23,500-capacity venue is the country's largest indoor arena. The new arena, situated in the north-east of Manchester, alongside the Etihad Stadium, Manchester City's home, looks set to become the go-to destination when big artists tour. We will see if Manchester can support two large indoor arenas. The extra capacity that Co-op Live has over its other rival will no doubt be the main draw for artists who can make a considerable amount of money with the increase in size at the new venue.
