Success is not determined by induction into a Hall of Fame. It’s easy to look at those in any hall of fame and feel they are the epitome of success. However, does achievement alone define success? All those are fine measures of success, but they are incomplete.

To be inducted into the Hall Of Fame is a great achievement that took a huge amount of effort to attain. It is difficult enough to gain the Certificate of Excellence, it's no easy thing, but to achieve the Certificate of Excellence for five years straight is a huge accomplishment. My opinion is that the HOF is not publicly proclaimed, praised, celebrated nor honoured as it deserves to be.
